in the retail market. This role will focus on developing business with retail showrooms across India, particularly in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Ready Stock Jewelry and Customized Orders to retail showrooms in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities. Create strategies to increase sales, expand brand visibility, and strengthen showroom relationships in regional markets.
Identify and acquire new retail showroom clients in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities. Conduct regular visits to showrooms, understand their needs, and offer tailored ready stock and customized jewelry solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's presence in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities. Identify new market opportunities, engage with regional clients, and tailor sales efforts to meet the specific needs of each region.
Oversee the order process for ready stock jewelry and customized orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Act as the key point of contact for retail clients to manage order queries, resolve issues, and guarantee satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Create, review, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Manager. Ensure accurate tracking of sales progress, client interactions. Provide timely feedback to Manager regarding market trends.
Get regular training sessions to ensure that you are equipped with product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills necessary to succeed in the retail jewelry market.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and local exhibitions to promote the brand and attract new retail clients. Work on strategies to improve brand awareness and visibility in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities.
