2. Business Development Activities



Lead Generation:

Use LinkedIn, cold emails, and referrals.

Networking:

Attend events, webinars, and build partnerships.

Market Research:

Stay updated on trends & competitors.

Upselling & Cross-selling:

Maximize value from existing clients.

3. Sales Strategies



Value-Based Selling:

Solve problems, don't just sell.

Consultative Approach:

Understand client pain points first.

Referral Program:

Incentivize existing clients.

4. Quotations & Sales Proposals



Clear pricing, deliverables, terms Proposals to client needs

5. Lead & Client Management



Follow-ups:

Regular check-ins via email/calls.

Data Management:

Use CRM/Excel for tracking.

Closing Deals:

Address objections, create urgency, and keep teams informed.

Face-to-Face Meetings:

Build trust & finalize deals faster.

Job Requirements



Experience: 1 to 3 years Sound knowledge of sales and Marketing Have worked in an Advertising and service based industry Lead Generation and Effective communication skills. Confident and Presentable

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
