Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to drive lead generation, close deals, and build strong relationships with builders, brokers, investors, and property buyers/sellers. Immediate joiners are a plus!
Education: Graduate preferred; 12th Pass can be considered
Experience: 1-3 years in sales (real estate or property-related services preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Cold calls, client meetings, emails, referrals, and social media marketing.
• Sales Pipeline: Qualify leads, identify client needs, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Presentations: Showcase property portal features and benefits to potential clients.
• Client Relationships: Build lasting client connections and address concerns promptly.
• Reporting: Track and report sales activities via CRM tools.
Required Skills:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the property market and familiarity with property portals.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital lead-generation platforms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Salary Range: ?25,000 - ?70,000per month.
