Job Summary:
RITZLANE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This individual will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the furniture or luxury goods sector, and possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Present and promote RITZLANE products to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our premium outdoor furniture.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showroom tours for clients, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of RITZLANE furniture.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, luxury goods, or outdoor products industry.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
