We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Resident Sales Representative/Sales Executive to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, specifically in the B2C sales domain, with hands-on experience in managing both primary and secondary sales. This role is focused on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships within the Automobile and Auto Components industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Automobile, Auto Components, Lubricants, Spare Parts, Tyres, and Earthmoving sectors.
• Manage primary and secondary sales, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
• Conduct field visits to customers and manage sales inquiries to enhance business development.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities within the industry.
• Report sales activities, including daily sales reports and market feedback, to the management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Graduate in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in field sales, preferably within the Automobile, Auto Components, or related industries.
• Sales Skills: Proficient in B2C sales with a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the lubricants, spare parts, tyres, and earthmoving equipment industries.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Age Limit: Up to 34 years.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ?3 LPA (Fixed) + ?1 Lakh (Variable/Incentive)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
