• Identifying New Markets :
• Researching and analyzing potential overseas markets.
• Identifying clients or distributors in target countries.
• Client Relationships :
• Building and maintaining relationships with foreign clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Understanding cultural and regulatory differences in international markets.
• Sales Strategy :
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for different regions.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to create product presentations, promotional materials, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiation & Contracts :
• Handling negotiations on pricing, shipping, and terms of payment.
• Preparing and managing export contracts in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Shipping and Logistics :
• Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Managing export documentation, such as invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
• Market Research :
• Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in different regions.
• Analyzing market data to forecast demand in export markets.
• Sales Targets :
• Achieving or exceeding export sales targets and quotas.
• Reporting sales performance, market feedback, and client concerns to management.
