The Salesperson is responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. This role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities :
• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through cold calls, networking, or following up on leads.
• Product/Service Presentation : Present and demonstrate company offerings to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Negotiation : Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Sales Pipeline Management : Track and manage prospects, leads, and sales progress using CRM software or other tools.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
• Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow-Up : Ensure timely follow-up with clients post-sales, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activity, sales funnel, and performance metrics to management.
Requirements :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
