Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic

sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong international

exposure, and the ability to drive sales growth by effectively engaging with clients and

understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,

understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales

efforts.

• Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective

clients.

• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business objectives.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and

competitor activities.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales

activities using CRM software.

• Feedback: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve

products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role.
• International Exposure: Experience with at least 10 international

companies/countries.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Package: 3L to 12L PA
• Skills and Attributes:

o Presentable and professional demeanor.

o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

o Strong negotiation skills.

o Good understanding of technologies relevant to the business.

o Ability to derive and articulate points effectively when clients provide

requirements.

o Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional networking and

lead generation.

o Target-driven and able to work effectively towards meeting sales goals.
