Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
• Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, emphasizing cost savings, environmental impact, and sustainability.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar sales or a related field (International calling sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Compensation package:

• Commission pay

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
