Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving daily sales targets by engaging with new and existing clients, recommending travel products, and closing sales efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Achieving Daily Sales Targets:
• Meet and exceed assigned daily sales targets for our services, and add-ons.
• Consistently handle leads, make follow-up calls, and maintain a high volume of client interactions.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
• Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Provide exceptional service that encourages client retention and referrals.
• Product Knowledge and Recommendation:
• Recommend relevant travel products, upgrades, and services based on the client's profile and travel goals.
• Upsell additional services like Watersports, Cruises, guided tours, and premium accommodations to enhance the client's travel experience.
• Customer Support and Service:
• Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and post-sales support, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage of the process.
• Quickly address client questions or issues to build trust and positive rapport.
• Sales and CRM Management:
• Log and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing sales activities, achieved targets, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed daily sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and travel booking systems (e.g., GDS), as well as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations, travel trends, and industry-specific logistics.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays if required.
