Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service targets and goals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure the successful resolution of issues.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
