• Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Market Development: Identify new opportunities, promote products, and expand customer base in the Tricity region.
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate product features and benefits through presentations and demonstrations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and competitor insights.
• Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize area coverage efficiently.
• Compliance : Follow company policies and ethical guidelines in all sales activities. Focused execution of these KRAs ensures growth and customer satisfaction in the region.
