We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, pitching our services to potential clients, and closing sales to help grow our business. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of our services, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts and progress towards targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent SRKA and expand the company's network.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Creative Marketing & Social Media Management services is a plus.
