Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard potential franchise partners and clients. Manage relationships with existing franchise outlets to ensure satisfaction and performance. Conduct field visits for lead generation, partner engagement, and market analysis. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support. Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, events, and presentations. Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience preferably in the food franchise industry

, preferably with brands like Moti Mahal Delux or similar. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable working in the field, traveling within the assigned territory. Presentable personality with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of regional food markets is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
