Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in our showroom and online to understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range, including materials, designs, and customization options, to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online queries.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or a related industry, Minimum 3+ Years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or a related field is preferred.
