Job Description

Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 2-5 years in sales (preferably in the health and nutrition industry)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell health and nutrition products.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and provide product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
• Accurately record and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns and align sales efforts accordingly.
• Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve product offerings and services.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or nutrition industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation and a goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
