The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our products/services, and closing sales to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Closing Sales: Close deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within CRM tools.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and improve the sales process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adapt the sales approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proactive team player.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
