Responsibilities
• Manage leads generated through website forms and Meta ads. Follow up via WhatsApp and calls to engage customers and address their queries
• Maintain clear communication with leads and customers, providing details about trips, pricing, and available packages
• Follow up with leads systematically through multiple attempts and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
