: Sales Representative for Suigarh Ethnic Apparel Brand

Position Overview:

Suigarh is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at our lifestyle store in the mall. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting the Suigarh brand within the mall environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Stay informed about current fashion trends and Suigarh's latest collections.

Participate in store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.

Collaborate with the store manager and team members to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
