Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling franchise opportunities to potential investors and entrepreneurs. Your primary goal will be to expand our brand presence and drive revenue growth through the recruitment of new franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify prospective franchisees through various lead sources including referrals, advertising, and networking.
• Conduct thorough assessments of prospective franchisees' financial backgrounds, business goals, and qualifications.
• Present compelling business proposals and conduct effective sales presentations to potential franchisees.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and convert leads.
• Negotiate franchise agreements and terms that align with company standards and goals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise prospects throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
