Roles & Responsibility:

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's client base and ensures its strong presence.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using HRMS software.

Business meetings with prospective clients

Identify and onboard new corporate clients for a HRMS Application.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing systems and processes.

Requirements and skills:

Proven working experience as a sales executive or a relevant role

Market knowledge

Strong understanding of HRMS concepts and ability to apply them effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to present solution to clients.

Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Ability to build new business.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with the corporate clients.

A desire to learn and grow in the corporate sales field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
