Job Description

The Marble Store, a part of Mahadev Marmo Pvt Ltd, is a premium importer and supplier of high-quality marble and natural stones. We pride ourselves on our superior selection, exceptional processing techniques, and innovative technologies that enhance our customer experience. As we expand our operations, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on our range of marble and natural stone products.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings, including the unique features, specifications, and applications of different types of stones.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.
• CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Order Processing: Handle the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to order processing and delivery coordination.
• Events and Exhibitions: Represent The Marble Store at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of natural stones and their applications in various design styles.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
