Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service offerings.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience within 1 year as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
