Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships primarily through phone, email, and digital communication. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the marketing and outside sales teams to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the company's sales objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

• Identify and target potential customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the outside sales team when necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and targeting new markets.

Customer Support:

• Assist customers with any issues or concerns regarding products or services.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role (1-3 years).

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
