Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of freight forwarding and other shipping services to meet and exceed targets.
Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new connections with key players in the local and regional market, including importers and exporters.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients based on their shipping and logistics needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Prepare regular. sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Work collaboratively with the operations and customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in freight trade, logistics management etc.
Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically within the freight forwarding and shipping line sectors.
Established network and strong relationships with market players, including importers and exporters.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
