Experience: 2-3 years in LED Lighting Sales :

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Glowfase LED Lighting. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the LED lighting industry, with a strong focus on managing and expanding dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities: o

Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers and distributors. o Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's dealer network. o Achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the assigned territory. o Provide product demonstrations and technical information to dealers. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. o Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities. o Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications: o 2-3 years of sales experience in the LED lighting industry. o Proven track record of managing and expanding dealer networks. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and achieve targets. o Willingness to travel as required.
