Job Title: Freelance Marketing Associate (HDFC Credit Card & Loan Products)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and attractive freelance female professional with excellent communication skills to promote HDFC Bank credit card and loan products. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining product benefits, and assisting in the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage potential customers in person or via online platforms to introduce HDFC credit cards and loan products.
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of the products to customers.
• Address customer queries and provide relevant information in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collect necessary documents and assist customers in the application process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer interaction is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of credit card and loan products is an advantage.
• Flexible and self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach.

Work Hours:

• Flexible, part-time hours.
• The role may require visiting events, or customer premises.
