Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for contacting leads, managing sales calls, creating invoices, and overseeing shipment logistics for closed sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Tamil is an additional advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers from provided leads and convert them into sales through effective phone communication.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Create invoices for clients accurately and efficiently.
• Manage the shipment process for closed sales, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,500.00 - ?22,500.00 per month
