Position Overview:
A Real Estate Sales Representative is responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. They provide guidance through the entire real estate process, from identifying properties that meet client needs to negotiating contracts and closing deals. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, and renters).
• Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Advise clients on the local real estate market, pricing, and market conditions.
• Property Listings:
• Help clients list their properties for sale or rent by preparing property descriptions, taking photographs, and ensuring properties are listed on MLS and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Promote properties using various methods such as social media, online listings, and traditional advertising.
• Negotiation and Deal Closing:
• Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, handling negotiations to secure favorable terms for all parties.
• Facilitate contract signings and ensure all legal and financial documents are completed accurately and promptly.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed on current real estate trends, local market conditions, and pricing changes.
• Conduct competitive market analysis (CMA) to help set appropriate listing prices.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain detailed records of property transactions and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding real estate transactions.
• Track and manage leads and sales through CRM systems.
• Customer Service:
• Provide ongoing support to clients after transactions, helping them with relocation, property management, or any issues related to their real estate investment.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Licensing: Active real estate license (requirements vary by state/country).
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or real estate preferred, but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• May require frequent travel within the local area.

Compensation:
• Base salary plus commission (depending on experience and company policy).
