Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Build rapport with customers to create a positive experience and increase retention.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features and options.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final paperwork.
- Explain financing options, warranty programs, and trade-in processes.
- Negotiate pricing and terms in line with dealership guidelines to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on current and new vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer questions effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Participate in dealership promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.
