Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base across various states, building strong relationships, and securing new RFC and dealership opportunities. The candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills to promote our products effectively and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential clients and dealers across different states to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure RFCs and dealership agreements.
• Promote and demonstrate TRAXO INDIA AUTOMATION's products and solutions to prospective customers.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or business development (preferably in automation or related industries).
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing power and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively across states to meet clients and explore new markets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
