Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Design Showroom

Location: Doowup by HomeLane, Guwahati

Position Type: Full-time (Female Candidate Only)

Job Overview:

Doowup by HomeLane Guwahati is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a background in sales, preferably within the interior design or related industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate leads independently, manage client interactions effectively, and assist with site visits alongside senior staff. This role requires strong communication skills and a working knowledge of interior design principles to engage and assist clients meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through self-sourcing techniques and leverage local networks to increase client base.

Conduct site visits with senior office staff to understand client requirements and help provide tailored interior solutions.

Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

Provide clients with detailed information on our interior design services, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior solutions.

Assist in preparing project proposals and support in closing sales effectively.

Work closely with the team to ensure seamless coordination between sales, design, and project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.

Basic knowledge of interior design principles to engage with clients effectively.

Excellent communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English.

Strong client-handling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.

Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team setting.
