: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team, specializing in selling residential flats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven ability to meet sales targets, engage with clients, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
• Identify potential buyers through various channels (digital marketing, referrals, property portals).
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
• Client Engagement & Property Presentation:
• Conduct property tours and present residential flats to prospective buyers.
• Highlight key features, amenities, and benefits of the property.
• Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure:
• Negotiate prices, terms, and payment plans with clients.
• Handle client objections and close deals effectively.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights to buyers to assist in decision-making.
• Documentation & Legal Support:
• Assist clients with paperwork related to the booking, sale agreements, and legal formalities.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report sales performance and client feedback to the management team.
• Post-Sales Support:
• Provide assistance to buyers throughout the possession process and ensure customer satisfaction.
