• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address queries or complaints promptly.
• Sales and Business Development
• Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, or cold calls.
• Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Achieving Sales Targets
• Work towards individual and team sales targets set by the organization.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Product Knowledge
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing.
• Educate customers on product benefits and features.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer data.
• Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of all interactions.
• Post-Sales Support
• Assist customers with after-sales support and provide solutions for product/service-related issues.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and confident in negotiations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools/software.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• A valid driver's license (if travel is required).

• Customer acquisition and retention rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
