• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, specifications, and benefits of two-wheeler models.
• Sales Process Management
• Maintain a customer-centric approach during the sales process, from inquiry to closing.
• Follow up with leads, conduct test drives, and work closely with customers to facilitate purchase decisions.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
• Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on all product offerings, including new models, features, and pricing.
• Educate customers on after-sales services, maintenance requirements, and warranties.
• Achieving Sales Targets
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Actively participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase dealership visibility.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and document relevant information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Market Awareness
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands to help shape sales strategies.
• Administrative Tasks
• Complete required paperwork and reports accurately and promptly.
• Ensure vehicle display and inventory are maintained according to dealership standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and customer-focused with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales (automobile experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome).
