This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to grow professionally in the field of sales and business development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Follow up on leads provided by the company and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct online demonstrations and installations of our software solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their functionalities and addressing any queries they may have.
  • Additional Benefits: - Comprehensive training will be provided to all candidates to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Company-provided resources including mobile recharge, SIM card, laptop, and headphones to facilitate smooth execution of job responsibilities. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have in a timely manner.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set sales targets and objectives within specified timelines, demonstrating a proactive approach towards meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions conducted by team leaders to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Follow company guidelines and procedures while executing sales activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and business practices.
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
