3. Client Support and Upselling:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or upgrades based on client requirements.
4. Product Training and Sales Support:
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions..
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
