Job Timings - 07:00 p.m. (IST) to 04:00 a.m. (IST) - Night Shift
- Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Job Type - Full Time from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Freight Brokers, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
• Manage Drayage and OTR freight operations efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers to facilitate smooth transactions and negotiate favorable rates.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker in the Drayage and OTR sector.
• Existing book of business that can continue with you in the new organization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of US logistics regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using freight brokerage software and other relevant tools.
