Sales / Receivable Accounts Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced person to manage the Sales Receivable Accounting with a minimum experience of 3~5 years
Key Responsibilities and Knowledge
1. Manage the Posting of Daily Payments Receipt, Credit Note, Debit Note etc.
2. Preparation of Receivable Ageing Report (at Invoice Level) and clearing of paid invoices
3. Account Reconciliations with the Customers
4. Regular Follouwps with the Customers to resolve the pending payments and open items
5. Knowledge of TDS, GST, TCS related to Sales Accounting
6. Good Communication skills (sending emails to customer reply of customers queries)
7. Good Command on Excel working
8. Margin Protection Working and controls
9. Weekly / Monthly Receivable MIS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
