Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing sales. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other sources.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and schedule meetings or property viewings.
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends, property features, and client preferences.
• Property Presentations:
• Conduct property tours and present key features to potential buyers.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, financing options, and local amenities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Address any client concerns or questions, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales:
• Negotiate offers and sales terms with potential buyers to close deals.
• Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Market Research:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market.
• Track competitor activity and assist in identifying new opportunities for sales growth.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, including contact details, properties shown, offers made, and contracts signed.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and pipeline status.

Requirements:

• Education:
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree
• Experience:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, or a similar sales role, is preferred.
• Experience in managing client relationships and closing deals is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property listings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
