Job description
• Responsible for business development of promoter's shops. Sales planning and achieving the target of promoter's shops. Conceptualizing, formulating and executing innovative and effective business growth plans for promoters' shops.
• Sourcing, recruiting and appointment of promoters as per the business requirements. Ensuring proper promoter engagement.
• Conducting adequate training programs, including on-the-job training for promoters as and when required and also based on Training Need Analysis.
• Regular and frequent visits to promoters' shops to assess the promoter's performance, brand performance and also to collect other market trends and information including competitor activities.
• Developing and launching promotional activities at promoters' shops such as discounts, coupons, celebrations, contests, sample gifts etc..
• Performance analysis of promoters, daily, weekly and monthly and corrective actions.
Qualification : Graduation
Travel requirement: Up to 100% travel

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
