Role ObjectiveThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for both business development (hunting) and customer retention (farming). This role includes establishing and nurturing relationships with new customers, negotiating favorable terms with existing customers, and enhancing sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion (Hunting):- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.- Penetrate the market to acquire new clients and increase the company\'s market presence.Account Management (Farming) :- Manage key accounts to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships at every customer level.- Negotiate with existing customers for improved margins and credit terms.Sales Operations:- Ensure high levels of service and product fulfillment, achieving a minimum 99% on-time, in-full delivery rate.- Increase Sales Operating Profit (SOP) by meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Responsible for timely collection of payments from clients.Customer Relationship Management :- Build strong relationships with customers, offering high-quality support and regular engagement.- Provide technical support on products (wires, cables, and switchgear) as required.
