Location : Taloja, Navi MumbaiExperience : Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in selling laboratory equipment or experience in selling capital equipment to industries.Qualifications : Diploma, BSc, or B.Tech in relevant fields. :- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory.- Identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.- Promote and sell laboratory equipment or capital equipment to industries in accordance with company objectives and strategies.- Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers regarding product selection, application, and usage.- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.- Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.Skills and Qualities :- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Technical aptitude and understanding of laboratory equipment or capital equipment.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Salary : Up to 5 Lacs or more depending on the suitability of the candidate.
