Sales Professional - Auto Parts Sales - MNC Essential Attributes :- Experience in dealing with customers directly,- Technical knowledge of axles, drive lines, steering systems, and brakes in commercial vehicles.- Good communication skills - Skill of MS office, writing mails etc.- Having good relations with fleet operators - Good supervision skill and team player (brief) :- Speaking with fleet operators, understanding complaint in vehicles and resolving issues through local technicians.- Attending customer complaints their respective region- Raising on line warranty claims- Achieving spare parts targets- Developing network of service centres - Developing spare parts network across- Provide maintenance training to fleet operators.Qualifications :- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering or B Tech in Automobile or MechanicalExperience (Years) : 10 years (Diploma holder) , 6 years (B.Tech)Essential Attributes :Work experience as floor supervisor in Commercial truck dealer workshop, handling warranty, filling warranty claims, good communication skill of local language and English, writing skill, good knowledge of MS office.Budget - Up to 8 Lakhs (ref:updazz.com)
