(CS / IT not preferred)Summary of the Role :The role of the sales associate is to develop and maintain value-added relationships with multiple accounts to position as a preferred supplier. With goals of targeted revenue growth and targeted sales of strategic products within a defined geographic area, a sales associate should always act in the best interest of the customer, applying sound ethics and service orientation. The sales associate is the primary customer interface and part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term business relationships.KPIs :1. Responsible for generating sales & service revenue from the assigned territory2. Business Development3. Generating high-quality Leads and Opportunities4. Preparation of RFQs based on customer requirements5. Help in product selection6. Tech/Project discussions/Negotiation meetings with customer7. Co-ordination with Commercial & Admin to clarify customer queries8. Quote follow-up and attend order closure meetings with customer9. Follow up on receivables10. Alignment with Company\'s - VIP Reports (VAEs), Commercialized product sales11. Energy Emission Survey12. Installation Training Programs, presentations, Demo to customer13. Conducting field audits for evaluating onsite installation practices and generating service reports14. Continuous Learning & Personal Development15.
