Sales Process Trainer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and conduct training on sales processes, tools, and product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing coaching to sales reps to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs.
• Monitor trainee progress and report outcomes to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new strategies into training.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
• Proven experience in sales training.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
