Role : Sales& Process Coordinator

Department: Sales

LOCATION : Vadodara, Gujarat

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Preparing sales reports, and providing general administrative support.
• The ideal candidate is well-organized, possesses strong communication skills, and is capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for managing the process with the organisation and ensuring that all the people stick to the processed designed by the organisation.
• Process Coordinator would liaise with the members at all levels across business in order to run the projects within the company"
• Check India Mart, Trade India and E-Mail for leads.
• Attend Inquires and Call to customer to understand the exact requirement.
• Validate Lead & Enter the detail in database.
• Allocate leads to individual sales executive or sales person.
• Follow-up with each executive for further process & status for the allocated Leads.
• Follow-up of daily & weekly, monthly for allocated leads to sales executive or sales person.
• Maintain Checklist.
• Get a Feedback with customer for the fulfillment of Leads.

• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Paint for Formatting and Editing.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with sales and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
