Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and presentable Sales Consultant who will play a key role in engaging with clients via Zoom calls to understand their requirements. The consultant will present our services, provide company introductions based on PPTs, and engage in detailed discussions to ensure client needs are met. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and social engineering is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Conduct Zoom calls with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.

Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations of our services and company introduction using PowerPoint.

Detailed Discussions: Facilitate in-depth discussions regarding client requirement & maintain record of it.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Social Engineering: Utilize social engineering techniques to engage and influence clients positively.

Data Management: Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining client information.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any stream

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client communication / handling

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Skilled in delivering presentations using PowerPoint.

Knowledge of social engineering techniques.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building capabilities.

Presentable and professional demeanor.

Ability to engage clients and understand their needs thoroughly.
