We are seeking a Sales Person cum CRM to join our team. This role is ideal for a talkative and presentable individual with strong sales closing strategies and excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills. As a commission-based position, your income will be directly tied to your sales performance.

Responsibilities :

• Engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, effectively pitching products/services.
• Close sales with a focus on understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospects and customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Track your performance and report sales progress regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Skills Required :

• Excellent communication skills with a talkative and engaging personality.
• Strong sales closing techniques and the ability to handle objections.
• Presentable and professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
• Experience with CRM tools or the ability to quickly adapt to them.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently (WFH environment).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
