Product Functional trainer in FSGIU Learning and Development Team with expertise either in Retail Banking covering both liability & asset business areas OR Trade Business. Deliver training on the Oracle Banking (OB) Product Suite and the business areas of the industry for Customer, Partners and Internal audience. Knowledge of the OB Product suite is an added advantage. A retail banking expert must possess a thorough understanding of (1) Current and savings account & Term deposits business, including KYC, AML checks, and related operations. (2) Origination, servicing, collections, recovery, credit checks, handling of status, and other aspects of loan processing. (3) Services provided by channels (4) Processing of Local and International Payments. A trade business expert with extensive practical experience overseeing the bank's trade desk encompassing Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Bills & Collection, Shipping Guarantee, Standby Letters of Credit, Buyers Credit, Supply Chain Financing. In addition the ideal candidate is also required to have exposure/understanding to other corporate segments. Understanding how international trade transactions are handled as well as SWIFT and local payment processing is essential. Our Ideal Candidate
- Practical Work experience in Banking/Finance domain. Candidate who have prior knowledge of Oracle Banking products/modules and have good Hands-on experience in Oracle Banking / Core Banking products (Across Business vertical of Retail / Corporate Loans & Risk Monitoring, Trade Finance, Treasury, Payments and Retail Liability) would be a an advantage. In addition, understanding of accounting/messaging flow in the various areas in banking back-office operations is also a requisite.
- A flair for teaching and a passion for learning is a must; candidate must possess good presentation, communication, client-facing skills and open to short term travel (global).
- Experience of having worked in teams and on mid to big sized projects. A good team player with the ability to be able to adapt and follow Oracle processes & compliant with Oracle Quality goals.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering knowledge dissemination on Oracle Banking suite of products along with business domain to customers, partners, and internal audiences.
- Preparation of training collaterals which include presentations, videos, demos, skill checks, assessments among others.
- Creating training curriculum in keeping with the requirements of business & other stake holders.
- Setting lab environments for the training and providing support and assisting participants in executing use cases.
- Participant evaluation of use cases and tasks assigned.
